• Registration is required for all attendees, including non-presenting participants.

• The registration fee covers participation in all conference sessions, as well as coffee breaks, lunches, the welcome reception, and the conference dinner.

• The registration fee must be paid in Japanese yen. The amount shown in US dollars is for reference.

• Refunds and cancellations are not accepted.

• Credit card payments will be processed under the name “ST*PAYVENT.”

• Students are required to provide proof of student status.
