The entry formalities for Japan vary according to the country of origin. Participants are asked to address enquiries about entry requirements to the local Japanese Embassy or Consulate in their home countries.

Letter of Invitation
The conference organization will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to participants requesting such a letter for visa purposes. If the letter is required, please fill in the application form (available soon) and send it by e-mail to: agt2026.waseda@gmail.com.
Other documents
To complete your VISA application, additional documents may need to be issued by the conference organization for submission to your local consulate. To issue these, we require your personal information.

The documents will be sent to you via email or air-mail.
Please note that the procedure and obtaining the VISA itself may take a significant amount of time (over a month in some countries). It is therefore highly recommended to make application arrangements at your earliest convenience.
